The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of our home, providing vital person-centred care that supports resident independence, honours choice, and ensures every individual feels valued, safe, and treated like family.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from daily companionship to personal care.
Observe and manage resident wellbeing, documenting and reporting any changes in accordance with regulatory legislation and care plans.
Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink comfortably.
Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans in line with legal requirements.
What We Are Looking For
A motivated, positive individual with fantastic interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to work seamlessly both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification (though full training and support are provided).
