Role Description
Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RGN) on behalf of our client for Vecta House Care Home in Newport, Isle of Wight. In this vital day-shift role, you will oversee the physical, psychological, and social wellbeing of residents, utilizing your clinical expertise to provide high-quality, personalized care.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, formulate, and manage comprehensive care plans and risk assessments tailored to individual resident needs.
Administer medication safely and accurately in strict compliance with NMC and Royal Pharmaceutical Society guidelines.
Exercise sound clinical judgment to make key healthcare decisions and maintain a safe, supportive, and dignified environment.
Requirements
Active NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Strong knowledge of current clinical practices, risk assessments, and regulatory standards (including DoLS/MCA).
Dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred approach with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
