Pay Rate: £15.49 per hour
Hours: Flexible / Bank (As and when required to cover annual leave or sick leave)
Shift Type: Mixed (Days / Nights)

About the Role
This casual, part-time position offers ultimate working flexibility. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will cater to the diverse needs of residents to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
Supervise & Inspire: Lead and motivate a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
Support Clinical Teams: Assist with specialized areas such as medication administration, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
Promote Dignity: Help foster a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment while always respecting the dignity and preferences of residents.
About You
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Attributes: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and deeply committed to providing individualized care and support.
