About the Role Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Fresenius Kabi Ltd—a global healthcare leader specializing in lifesaving medicines and clinical technologies—to source a passionate, patient-focused Registered Nurse. Due to ongoing business growth, they are expanding their IV Therapy team across Essex. In this field-based Clinical Nurse Advisor role, you will work closely with the NHS to empower chronically and critically ill patients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialized care and support for patients requiring parenteral nutrition, IV antibiotics, and IVIG therapies.
Conduct daily community visits to connect and disconnect patients to parenteral feeding systems.
Monitor and manage essential nutritional support in the comfort of patients' homes.
Facilitate smooth hospital discharges in coordination with healthcare teams and offer ongoing education and support to patients, carers, and medical professionals.
Manage an independent caseload in agreement with the Regional Nurse Manager while adhering strictly to the NMC Code of Conduct and professional practice guidelines.
Person Specification & Requirements
Qualifications & Registration: Registered Nurse with a current, valid UK NMC registration.
Clinical Experience: A minimum of 1 year of post-registration clinical experience.
Driving Requirements: Full UK driving licence.
Core Competencies: Confident, professional communication in one-to-one patient environments; high flexibility and adaptability to business needs; excellent time-management skills and autonomous workload management.
Compliance: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required.
