About the Role Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Fresenius Kabi Ltd—a global healthcare leader specializing in lifesaving medicines and clinical technologies—to source a passionate, patient-focused Registered Nurse. Due to ongoing business growth, they are expanding their IV Therapy team across Essex. In this field-based Clinical Nurse Advisor role, you will work closely with the NHS to empower chronically and critically ill patients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized care and support for patients requiring parenteral nutrition, IV antibiotics, and IVIG therapies.

• Conduct daily community visits to connect and disconnect patients to parenteral feeding systems.

• Monitor and manage essential nutritional support in the comfort of patients' homes.

• Facilitate smooth hospital discharges in coordination with healthcare teams and offer ongoing education and support to patients, carers, and medical professionals.

• Manage an independent caseload in agreement with the Regional Nurse Manager while adhering strictly to the NMC Code of Conduct and professional practice guidelines.

Person Specification & Requirements

• Qualifications & Registration: Registered Nurse with a current, valid UK NMC registration.

• Clinical Experience: A minimum of 1 year of post-registration clinical experience.

• Driving Requirements: Full UK driving licence.

• Core Competencies: Confident, professional communication in one-to-one patient environments; high flexibility and adaptability to business needs; excellent time-management skills and autonomous workload management.

• Compliance: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required.
