Contract Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (10-hour shifts with flexible start and finish times, including alternate weekends)
About the Role
Are you meticulous, organized, and proud of maintaining pristine environments where people love to live and work? We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join the family at Whittington House, a 50-bedded nursing, dementia, and residential care home in Cheltenham.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that every corner of our home is clean, safe, and comforting, helping our residents feel truly at ease and at home.
Key Responsibilities
Keep all areas of the home clean, tidy, and impeccably maintained.
Follow strict cleaning schedules and health and safety protocols.
Collaborate closely with the wider team to meet all regulatory standards.
Build positive, friendly relationships with residents and colleagues, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
What We Are Looking For
Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within a healthcare or residential setting.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
The ability to work independently as well as harmoniously within a team.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for enhancing the daily lives of residents.
