Are you an ambitious and experienced Registered Nurse ready to step into a high-impact national leadership role? Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking an exceptional Divisional Clinical Lead for Barchester’s Hospitals and Complex Care division.
In this senior role, you will supervise and motivate a national team, working closely with Regional Directors and Home Managers across 6 hospitals and 8 care homes to ensure the highest standards of person-centred clinical care for individuals with complex mental health needs and those detained under the Mental Health Act.
Salary: £70,000 per annum
Hours: 40.00 hours per week (Permanent full-time role)
Shifts: Days (Includes travel across designated national sites)

Provide inspirational leadership and strategic clinical oversight across 6 hospitals and 8 care homes in England.
Supervise, motivate, and mentor national clinical teams across various challenging environments.
Partner closely with Regional Directors, Home Managers, and senior clinical staff to action improvements and drive care standards.
Support patients with diverse and complex needs, including those detained under the Mental Health Act and those with organic/hereditary mental health conditions.
Use a sharp analytical mind to deliver on strategic action plans and ensure rigorous regulatory compliance.
Ambitious Registered Nurse with current NMC Registration and evidence of ongoing professional development.
Diverse nursing background combining both care home and hospital experience.
Previous experience acting as a clinical mentor.
Comprehensive understanding of current regulatory requirements, plus up-to-date knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and Code of Practice.
Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and analytical skills.
