Key Responsibilities
Direct and supervise care shifts, delegate daily duties, and carry out safe medication administration and recording.
Conduct risk assessments and manage resident care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare specialists.
Mentor care assistants while actively supporting residents to maintain their independence and daily goals.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) alongside demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
Strong organizational capability, digital literacy, and a firm grasp of care planning procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example with empathy and professionalism.
