Care Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise care shifts, delegate daily duties, and carry out safe medication administration and recording.

• Conduct risk assessments and manage resident care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare specialists.

• Mentor care assistants while actively supporting residents to maintain their independence and daily goals.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) alongside demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.

• Strong organizational capability, digital literacy, and a firm grasp of care planning procedures.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example with empathy and professionalism.
