Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Bank / Relief Care Assistant for Fremantle Court. Offering high-quality nursing, dementia, residential, and respite care, Fremantle Court is a wonderful home known for its comfort, companionship, expert care, and beautiful gardens welcoming visiting wildlife.
As a Care Assistant, you will make a real, lasting difference by supporting residents with daily routines, personal care (such as washing, bathing, and mobility), and meaningful social engagement. While some days may bring challenges, you will also share laughs, make lasting memories, and become a valued part of our extended family.
Key Responsibilities
Person-Centred Care: Support residents with personal care routines and daily living tasks with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Companionship & Wellbeing: Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with residents, providing emotional support and a friendly, cheerful presence.
Engagement: Encourage residents to take part in daily activities, helping them lead happy, fulfilled lives in comfortable surroundings.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider care team to maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing living environment.

Experience: Both experienced carers and those completely new to the care sector are warmly welcomed! We provide comprehensive induction training and ongoing professional development.
Personality: A warm, empathetic, patient, and friendly nature with a genuine passion for helping others.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect easily and positively with residents, families, and colleagues.
