Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Deliver friendly, efficient, and approachable customer service.

• Merchandising & Stock: Stock shelves carefully, check product quality, and maintain high merchandising standards.

• Till Operation: Operate tills accurately, securely, and promptly.

Skills & Experience

• Customer Focus: Friendly, approachable, and always ready to support both shoppers and team members.

• Resilience & Energy: Hardworking, comfortable being active, and happy being on your feet in a busy environment.

• Reliability: Adaptable and flexible with a proactive "can-do" attitude in a fast-moving retail setting.

• Basic Numeracy: Confident handling numbers and basic till operations.

• Experience: Retail experience is a bonus, but not required—your positive attitude matters most!
