Key Responsibilities
Floor Leadership: Take charge of the shop floor to maintain exceptional retail standards and keep customers happy.
Team Development: Lead, energize, coach, and support your team members to help them perform at their absolute best and grow professionally.
Performance Driving: Monitor sales and KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities to boost store performance.
Operational Adaptability: Plan ahead, stay one step ahead of the pace, and react quickly to daily demands.
Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: Proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.
Leadership Style: A natural ability to motivate, inspire, and coach others.
