Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to join their team across the Widnes and Runcorn area in Halton.
In this vital role, you will provide intensive assessment and case management services to a caseload of offenders with complex needs. Working closely with the National Probation Service, Courts, and Prison teams, you will support individuals through Community Order Treatment Requirements (including DRRs, ATRs, RARs, the IOM cohort, and Test on Arrest programmes) to help reduce reoffending, minimise substance misuse harm, and support successful rehabilitation.
Intensive Case Management: Provide comprehensive screening, assessments, recovery planning, and case management for individuals involved in the Criminal Justice System.
Programme Facilitation: Deliver group work and support desistance-from-offending programmes, such as the Foundations of Rehabilitation.
Multi-Agency Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with police services, probation, courts, and prison teams to ensure seamless transitions from custody to community treatment.
Holistic Support & Harm Minimisation: Deliver psychosocial interventions to reduce disengagement, mitigate substance-related harm, and promote social reintegration and self-determination.
Experience: Strong understanding of substance misuse issues with relevant experience working in similar health, social care, or criminal justice fields.
Case Management & Group Work: Demonstrated experience managing complex caseloads and facilitating group sessions or structured interventions.
Communication & Organisation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong IT, time-management, and prioritisation abilities.
Requirements: Supportive and adaptable team player committed to information governance, safeguarding, and best practices. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and police/probation/prison vetting clearance).
