Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with BAE Systems—a global leader in defence, aerospace, and security—to source an analytical and ambitious Graduate Data Analyst specialising in Data Modelling and Design in Lancashire.

As part of the world-renowned Air Team, you will contribute to the development, manufacture, upgrade, and support of world-leading combat and fast jet trainer aircraft, including the Typhoon, F-35, and Tempest programs. Role Overview

As a Graduate Data Analyst (Architect), you will help shape and improve the way critical business and technical data is structured, managed, and modelled across BAE Systems Air programmes. Working alongside architects, engineers, analysts, and Subject Matter Experts, you will design data models of varying detail and build data solutions that drive informed decision-making across the business.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Data Modelling & Design: Support the design, documentation, and governance of conceptual, logical, and physical data models to ensure enterprise information is structured and consistent.

• Data Management & Engineering: Take a hands-on approach from a data engineering perspective as designs are validated within local data warehousing estates.

• Architecture Repositories: Create, update, and maintain information architecture objects, relationships, and repositories within BizzDesign.

• Standards & Governance: Contribute to defining and applying information architecture principles, standards, and best practices.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong working relationships across business functions, guiding information architecture practices for technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Background: Must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, at least a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree (or a pass at Master's level) in Physics, Maths, Systems Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.

• Working Arrangement: On-site presence in Warton or Samlesbury 3 to 4 days per week under hybrid working guidelines.

• Security Clearance: All applicants must achieve, as a minimum, the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). Note: Due to strict security and export control restrictions, candidates must meet national identity, birthplace, and residency criteria (typically requiring continuous UK residency of 5 to 10 years for higher-level national security vetting).
