What You Will Be Doing
Provide compassionate, person-centred care to people with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries, helping them lead valued and fulfilled lives.
Support residents through assessment, treatment, and active rehabilitation programmes designed to maximize autonomy, independence, and neurobehavioral progress.
Bring a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance to a dynamic environment that supports residents with complex behaviors, physical health needs, and mental health challenges.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker within the NHS or private sector.
A naturally caring, compassionate, and resilient disposition with high levels of vigilance and dedication.
Strong communication skills and a flexible approach to working in a 24/7 care environment.

Avonfield Neurological Centre in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire (NN29 7EY) is a 19-bed specialized neurological centre set within tranquil grounds in Knuston. The service provides assessment, treatment, and active rehabilitation to reduce the impacts of neuro-disability, utilizing a specialized neurobehavioral approach and working closely with families to ensure successful long-term outcomes.
