Key Responsibilities
Support and work alongside the night care team to deliver high standards of personal care, maintaining a safe, caring, innovative, and supportive environment.
Monitor residents' wellbeing closely, identifying changes impacting care and updating care plans and written records to reflect new needs.
Participate actively in the person-centred care planning process by implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations.
Assist residents with their medication requirements and act as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
Undertake staff supervisions, support team member development, and appropriately escalate any concerns or complaints.
Person Specification & Requirements
Qualifications: Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar care environment.
Core Skills & Qualities: Effective verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude toward supporting and nurturing both residents and staff, and the flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities.

Compliance: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required (cost met by Avery Healthcare) alongside proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
