As an Order to Cash (OTC) Analyst within our Group Finance Services (GFS) team in Hook, you will play a vital role in supporting our global Order to Cash operations. Working closely with our offshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner and internal stakeholders across the business, you will ensure efficient, effective, and compliant finance processes.

Operational Oversight: Support the day-to-day performance of the Order to Cash function and coordinate closely with our offshore BPO processing partner.
Performance Analysis: Review Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics to identify performance trends and drive improvements.
Controls & Compliance: Analyse monthly financial controls, collaborating with teams to resolve control observations or failures promptly.
Issue Resolution: Support the resolution of operational issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing preventative actions.
Process Standardisation: Promote best practices across end-to-end OTC processes, supporting standardization and finance transformation initiatives.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for process enhancement.
Core Experience: Solid experience across the end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) process, from customer onboarding through to cash collection and payment accounting.
Industry Knowledge: Strong background in OTC processes gained within a large, complex, shared service, or outsourced finance environment.
Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and confidence interpreting financial data and metrics.
Technical Literacy: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Desirable Experience: Prior experience working with offshore BPO providers, using SAP, or supporting finance process transformation initiatives.
Financial Package: Competitive starting salary of circa £45,000 per annum.
