Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday between the hours of 04:00 and 23:00 (shifts can start from 4:00 AM)

About the Role

As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly and reliable Customer Assistant - Replenishment for their busy store in Caerphilly.

In this fast-paced and structured role, you will work on the shop floor to keep shelves fully stocked with wonderful fresh and ambient products, ensuring customers can always get what they need when they need it. Flexibility is key, as you will also cross-train to support other departments like Market Street and Customer Service.

(Please note: Shifts can start as early as 4:00 AM, and applicants must be over the school leaver’s age.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Shelf Stocking & Replenishment: Keep store shelves fully stocked with fresh and ambient products using clear routines and timed activities.

• Customer Service: Maintain a helpful and friendly approach, assisting customers and resolving their queries with a smile.

• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Train and support other store areas, including Market Street and Customer Service teams, wherever you are needed most.

• Safety & Compliance: Operate store equipment safely and adhere strictly to all company processes and routines.
