About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Bank Kitchen Assistant for flexible day placements in Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
In this role, you will work closely with the catering team to ensure residents receive nutritious, delicious meals in a welcoming environment. Providing cover for planned or unplanned absences, your work in and around the kitchen will directly enhance the residents' daily hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the catering team with basic food preparation and meal plating.
Maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safe food handling practices.
Operating dishwashers, washing up cookware, and keeping catering equipment tidy and organized.
Helping to deliver meals and refreshments, taking opportunities to interact warmly with residents.
Providing flexible cover for annual leave or sickness on day shifts.
About You

Flexibility: Adaptable approach to working patterns and shift availability.
Experience: Formal qualifications are not required, though previous kitchen or catering experience in a commercial or care environment is beneficial.
