Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Bupa to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant for a permanent role at Trowbridge Oaks Care Home in Trowbridge.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from meaningful companionship to essential personal care.
Observing, managing, and documenting resident behaviours, ensuring any changes are reported accurately in line with required legislation.
Supporting nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting residents to eat and drink according to their personalized care plans.
Providing vital physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and on a 1-to-1 basis.
Maintaining accurate, compliant care plans in line with regulatory and legal standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
High motivation, a positive attitude, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication abilities with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Desirable: Previous experience working in a care home environment or holding a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
