As a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator through Supportive Bridge, you will act as the "chief fun officer," creating a vibrant, joy-filled atmosphere and designing exciting activities, therapeutic sessions, and events that help our residents live happier, healthier lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Run engaging morning and afternoon activity sessions, ranging from arts and crafts, baking, and book clubs to pub quizzes and garden parties.

• Produce and update an activity planner for the home while managing a set activities budget effectively.

• Organise special birthday surprises and meaningful one-to-one sessions using reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading, or simply a cup of tea and a chat.

• Liaise with external companies, local performers, and the community to organise days out and events at the home.

• Support the home with updates to its social media channels as required.
