You will work alongside care teams to design personalized care plans, deliver evidence-based nursing care, and mentor care staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert clinical nursing care, including medication administration, wound care management, and catheter care.

• Lead and support care staff on shift while ensuring compliance with infection prevention and clinical standards.

• Formulate, implement, and continuously evaluate tailored care plans utilizing established clinical assessment tools.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse qualification with current NMC registration.

• Proficiency with clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST, alongside strong care planning skills.
