About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Residential Care Manager for Rivermere Care Home in Kent.
In this vital leadership role, you will manage the team of Care Supervisors within the home, ensuring the highest standards of personal care are delivered to our residents. As a passionate advocate for residents, you will champion their best interests across all areas of wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the resident assessment process, ensuring planned care is accurate and reflected in individual care plans.
Support, guide, and develop members of your care team.
Oversee the safe storage, cleaning, and maintenance of all care equipment in line with manufacturer instructions.
Ensure strict compliance with the Safe Medication Management programme through robust auditing procedures.
Conduct Quality Care Spot Checks to monitor and report on the quality of care provided by Care Supervisors, Carers, and Senior Carers.
About You
We are looking for an experienced care professional who embodies our core values of being caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.
What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 in Care (or equivalent).
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a similar industry, including leadership experience in a care environment.
Regulatory Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards.
Leadership & Passion: A dedicated approach to mentoring staff and championing exceptional resident wellbeing.
