Salary: £13.30 – £14.30 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (44 hours per week, alternate weekends required)

As a Care Assistant on nights at The Highgate, you will be at the heart of our mission to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives. Operating within a high-achieving, beautifully rated care environment, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care that supports independence, honours choice, and ensures our residents feel safe, secure, and genuinely cared for throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with a wide range of needs, from nighttime companionship to personal care.
Observe and manage resident well-being, accurately documenting and reporting any changes in accordance with legal and regulatory legislation.
Support residents' hydration and nutritional needs when required.
Provide physical and mental reassurance through calm, supportive interactions.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Motivation, positivity, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dedicated night team.
Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
