Customer Service Administrator
Location: Sevenoaks Medical Centre, Sevenoaks (with occasional shifts at the Royal Tunbridge Wells Clinic)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Permanent Contract
Shifts: Rotational shifts, Monday to Saturday between 7:30 AM and 8:30 PM
Salary: £26,436.80 per annum

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join the team at Sevenoaks Medical Centre, acting as a vital first point of contact for patients, visitors, and clinicians.

Deliver a professional, friendly, and efficient reception and administration service across multiple departments, including Outpatients, Imaging, and general clinic support.
Manage patient appointments—including booking, amending, and cancelling appointments—while maintaining accurate, confidential records in line with GDPR requirements.
Handle telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries from patients, consultants, and stakeholders with timeliness, accuracy, and care.
Support smooth day-to-day operations by managing clinic diaries, processing correspondence, and handling routine payments.

5 GCSEs grade 4 and above (or equivalent) including English and Maths, with good IT skills across Microsoft Office applications.
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role (previous healthcare or hospital administration experience is a wonderful bonus!).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS check.
