Salary & Key Details
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (Pro Rata) + mileage paid at 32p per mile
Contract Type: Full Time (40 hours per week, including some responsibility for on-call and occasional weekends)

Your Role as a Field Care Supervisor
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day support, guidance, and information for allocated clients and staff. Your responsibilities include:
Monitoring and checking the health and well-being of clients and staff via face-to-face visits, telephone calls, and care record reviews.
Undertaking assessments, re-assessments of care needs, and risk management to ensure person-centred care plans.
Ensuring robust arrangements are in place to safeguard clients against the risk of abuse.
Conducting regular supervisions, reviews, and training support to promote team competency and personal development.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level.
Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated approach.
