Housekeeping/Laundry Assistant
Location: Ashley House Care Home, 118 Trafalgar Rd, Cirencester, GL7 2ED (CQC Rated: Good | Carehome.co.uk: 9.8/10)
Salary: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (14 hours per week, working every other weekend)

We are partnering with Ashley House (part of Bupa) to find a friendly and dedicated Housekeeping/Laundry Assistant for a permanent, part-time role. In this vital position, you will ensure our care home maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, playing an essential role in the daily happiness and wellbeing of our residents.
Maintaining pristine standards of cleanliness throughout communal areas and residents' bedrooms by vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and general upkeep.
Supporting laundry requirements and working closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a safe, welcoming, and tidy environment.
Managing day-to-day housekeeping stock levels and promptly reporting any issues or requirements to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Pride in your work, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain an impeccably organized environment.
Strong multitasking skills and the capability to manage multiple requests calmly while working collaboratively with other teams.
A warm, caring approach, availability to work alternate weekends, and a genuine desire to help residents feel right at home.
