The Role

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Stock Assistants on behalf of our market-leading supermarket client (Aldi) in Ashford.

In this fast-paced position, you will serve as the backbone of daily store operations. You’ll make sure shelves are fully stocked, products look their absolute best, and deliveries are checked with care—all while keeping the atmosphere welcoming for local shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Replenishment: Restock shelves quickly and efficiently to ensure maximum product availability for customers.

• Quality & Delivery Checks: Inspect incoming deliveries, verify product quality, and remove any items that fall below store standards.

• Customer Support: Deliver friendly, helpful customer service whenever shoppers need assistance.

Skills & Experience Required

• Work Ethic & Pace: Comfortable replenishing stock at pace and staying active on your feet throughout your shift.

• Great Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and eager to support both customers and teammates.

• Reliability: Dependable, flexible, and equipped with a positive "can-do" mindset in a fast-moving environment.

• No Experience Required: Previous retail experience is a plus, but your attitude and commitment matter most!

What’s on Offer

• Competitive Pay: £13.12 per hour.

• Flexible Hours: Part-time contracts ranging between 10 and 20 hours per week.
