What You Will Do
Coordinate care services and client schedules smoothly
Match carers with clients to appropriately meet individual needs
Support the setup of new care packages
Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care for all clients
Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls
Participate in and cover the on-call rota when required
What We Are Looking For
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Minimum 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
