Salary: £19.97 - £21.84 per hour
Contract Type: Full-Time, 36 Hours per week (3 x 12-hour day shifts)

We are partnering with Wilton Manor (part of Bupa) to find a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse to join their dedicated team on day shifts. In this role, you will take charge of clinical care and unit management, empowering residents to live independent, fulfilling lives while utilizing cutting-edge digital care systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
Taking full responsibility for resident well-being, ensuring physical, emotional, and social needs are expertly met.
Designing, reviewing, and evaluating individualised care plans and managing medication ordering and administration.
Coaching, mentoring, and guiding the care team, providing both formal and informal teaching to drive clinical best practices.
Ensuring all working areas and practices strictly conform to safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements (supporting CQC tasks).
What We’re Looking For
A valid NMC pin with a strong background in a nursing environment.
Previous experience maintaining high clinical standards and guiding care teams with confidence.
Excellent communication and reporting skills to ensure seamless clinical handovers with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
A natural empathy and a trusted approach to building supportive relationships with residents and their families.
