Bank Senior Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise shift operations, allocate tasks, and safely administer and record resident medication.

• Case-manage residents by conducting risk assessments and liaising with families and healthcare professionals to optimize care plans.

• Support residents with daily personal care needs while mentoring care assistants to maintain resident independence.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) along with proven experience supervising and leading care teams.

• Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and practical knowledge of care planning and medication procedures.
