Key Responsibilities
Direct and supervise shift operations, allocate tasks, and safely administer and record resident medication.
Case-manage residents by conducting risk assessments and liaising with families and healthcare professionals to optimize care plans.
Support residents with daily personal care needs while mentoring care assistants to maintain resident independence.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) along with proven experience supervising and leading care teams.
Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and practical knowledge of care planning and medication procedures.
