Working at the heart of partnership initiatives, you will address local labor market skill gaps, improve employment outcomes for Bradford residents, and support businesses in meeting their workforce development needs to create new education, training, and employment opportunities.
As a Resourcing Officer, you will lead on sector-specific initiatives focused on business and inclusive employer outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
Building Partnerships: Establishing, growing, and facilitating sector-based, demand-driven partnerships with local employers and jobseekers to secure sustainable employment.
Workforce Solutions: Developing effective workforce solutions and innovative pathways into employment for local businesses.
Workshops & Training: Designing and delivering recruitment and sector-based workshops tailored to diverse client needs, ensuring differentiated learning opportunities from entry level to level 6 aligned with industry standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with key stakeholders (including Bradford Council, the University of Bradford, FE partners, and the West Yorkshire Combined Authority) to improve employment outcomes across the district.

Meets the English language fluency requirements for public sector customer-facing roles under the Immigration Act 2016.
