Location: Aigburth, Leicester (LE2 2LL)
Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week (includes working on a 7-day rota)
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with MHA to recruit a reliable and caring Domestic Assistant for the Aigburth care home in Leicester.
This is a vital part-time role helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where residents feel comfortable, respected, and truly at home.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and general tidiness across residents' rooms, bathrooms, offices, and communal areas in line with set schedules.
Infection Prevention: Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used and stored correctly, adhering strictly to COSHH, health & safety, and infection control policies.
Dignity & Respect: Always respect residents' privacy, personal space, and individual choices while carrying out daily tasks.
Safety Reporting: Promptly report any faulty equipment, hazards, or maintenance damage to a senior colleague.
What You Will Bring
Work Ethic: Dependability, good organisation, and a genuine pride in your work.
Experience: Previous domestic or cleaning experience is desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Communication Skills: Good listening skills, the ability to follow instructions, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
Empathy: Sensitivity to the needs and wellbeing of older people.
Flexibility: Availability to work across a 7-day rota.
Proximity: Ideally living within approximately 15 miles of Leicester for a manageable commute.
