About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit friendly, approachable individuals for their retail service and fulfillment team in Cheltenham.

In this role, you will primarily focus on Click & Collect Picking, ensuring online customer orders are accurately gathered, handled with care, and ready for a seamless collection experience. You will also have the opportunity to assist customers across checkouts, self-serve tills, and kiosks, delivering great service with a smile. Plus, you’ll receive training to support other store departments like Market Street or Replenishment, making this an ideal role for an adaptable team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for the Click & Collect service.

• Provide a helpful, friendly, and welcoming experience at checkouts, self-serve tills, and kiosks.

• Handle customer transactions smoothly and resolve queries efficiently.

• Work collaboratively across various store departments (such as Replenishment or Market Street) as needed.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment following all store processes.
