Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an alert and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join a premier fitness and wellbeing club in Doncaster, UK. In this flexible bank role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment of members using the facility's aquatic spaces.

Working within a modern leisure environment, you will monitor wet-side areas—including the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam rooms—while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position is ideal for a safety-conscious team player looking for flexible shifts in a supportive health club setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pool, spa, sauna, and steam room facilities continuously to ensure member safety and strict adherence to pool safety guidelines.

• Respond immediately and effectively to any poolside emergencies or incidents using established safety procedures.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming members, assisting with facility inquiries, and maintaining a clean, relaxing environment.

Requirements

• Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or recognized equivalent certification with up-to-date ongoing training records.

• High level of attentiveness, responsibility, and strong observation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
