Salary: £48,987.04 - £54,663.24 Per Annum + Outer London Weighting (£2,250.61) (CGL points 43 to 48)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit two experienced, passionate, and dedicated permanent Non-Medical Prescribers (NMPs) to join their multidisciplinary team in Barnet.
In this vital clinical role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to service users experiencing complex physical health, mental health, and substance use challenges. Working as an integral part of the team, you will assess, diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication, while championing harm reduction and health promotion strategies to help individuals reshape their lives.
Clinical Assessment & Treatment: Assess, diagnose, plan, and evaluate treatment and care for service users presenting with complex health and substance use needs.
Medication Prescribing & Review: Prescribe and review medication for therapeutic effectiveness in line with evidence-based practice, national/local protocols, and your scope of practice.
Health Promotion & BBV Support: Assess, update, and refer service users for blood-borne virus (BBV) vaccination and immunisation programmes while promoting healthy lifestyles.
Complex Intervention & Advocacy: Prioritise health problems, intervene appropriately in complex or urgent situations, and maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records.
Professional Qualifications: Qualified Pharmacist with current GPhC registration and 2 years post-qualification experience OR First-Level Registered Nurse with a current PIN and 3 years post-qualification experience.
Prescribing Qualification: Must be a qualified Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP).
Substance Misuse Experience: At least 1 year of relevant and recent experience working within substance misuse treatment, supported by a strong understanding of harm reduction.
Requirements: Full driving licence and access to own transport (or ability to travel easily between services). Supportive team player. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
