About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a key role in enriching the daily lives of residents by delivering person-centred care, practical support, and warm companionship.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Personalized Care & Support: Assisting residents with daily living routines, mobility, and personal care according to their tailored care plans.

• Nutritional Assistance: Supporting residents during mealtimes with food and beverage service, ensuring individual dietary needs are met.

• Companionship & Engagement: Spending dedicated one-to-one time with residents, offering emotional support and creating a positive, comforting atmosphere.

• Flexible Coverage: Stepping in across day or night shifts based on your personal availability and the care home's operational requirements.

About You

We are seeking empathetic, reliable team players with a passion for delivering high-standard care to older adults.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience caring for older adults in a residential, nursing, or care home setting.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal capabilities.

• Personal Qualities: A positive "can-do" mindset combined with genuine empathy, patience, and warmth.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shift patterns (days or nights) as bank cover requires.
