Pay Rate / Salary: £85,000.00 per annum + Lucrative Bonus Potential

About the Role
As a Permanent Commissioning Home Manager at Elderwood House Care Home, you will spearhead the launch of a state-of-the-art, multi-million pound purpose-built home featuring dedicated dementia communities (Memory Lane). Your responsibilities will include:
Driving recruitment to build, train, and develop a brand-new team dedicated to delivering outstanding person-centred care.
Working closely with the new builds projects team and support services to introduce the home to the wider community and welcome new residents.
Successfully setting the foundations of a brand-new care home and driving it through its very first CQC inspection.
Applying strong business, marketing, and occupancy acumen to ensure commercial and operational excellence from day one.
About You
We are looking for an visionary, inspirational leader with a proven background in opening new homes. To join us, you will need:
Prior experience in managing or opening a new-build care home.
A strong background in community engagement, marketing, and driving occupancy.
Experience running a luxury care home with a high percentage of privately funded residents.
Inspirational leadership skills paired with a deep passion for person-centred care.
A robust understanding of safeguarding, CQC regulations, and compliance guidelines.
