Rate of Pay: £21.11 – £24.60 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Bank / 0-hour contract (Flexible shifts available: Day shifts 08:00–20:00 & Night shifts 20:00–08:00)

About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse at the highly-acclaimed Brookview Care Home, you will play a pivotal, clinical leadership role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. Managing the unit alongside clinical duties, you'll deliver exceptional standards of person-centred care, oversee medication management, and guide our dedicated care teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for resident well-being, ensuring individualized care plans are accurately assessed, implemented, and evaluated.
Manage clinical unit duties, including the ordering, safe handling, and administration of medication.
Coach, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to the wider care team, driving best practice and supporting CQC compliance.
Monitor work areas to ensure safety standards and regulatory legislation are strictly maintained.
Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering compassion and expert clinical reassurance.
What We Are Looking For
A valid NMC registration with an active PIN.
Proven post-qualification nursing experience, with a strong background in maintaining high clinical standards and regulatory policies.
Excellent communication, reporting, and handover skills.
Confidence in offering clinical leadership, mentoring care staff, and maintaining a calm, self-reliant approach during emergencies (especially when supporting night shifts).
