What You Will Be Doing
Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to women over the age of 18 with complex emotional and mental health conditions associated with significant risk behaviours.
Take full responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care pathways.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and daily support to team members, promoting positive teamwork and a collaborative ward culture.
Observe, record, and report all service user changes accurately, maintaining comprehensive and precise records of care provided.
Key Skills & Qualifications
A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD) with current NMC registration.
Completed Preceptorship with verifiable evidence.
Strong team-working skills, self-motivation, and a flexible approach to a busy residential environment.

Where You Will Be Working
Crossley Place in Rainhill, Prescot (L35 6NE) is a modernised low secure service supporting women over the age of 18 with complex emotional and mental health conditions associated with significant risk behaviours. Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will work within a specialized residential environment consisting of two apartments committed to empowering recovery and encouraging independence, conveniently located within easy reach of the M62 and national rail networks.
