Anchor is recruiting a Care Team Leader at Hurst Park Court, its care home in Huyton, Liverpool. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will run shifts and allocate staff, handle medication and care assessments, keep the home meeting regulatory standards and lead a team that puts residents' wellbeing first.

• Pay: £15.41 per hour

• Hours: 42 hours a week, full-time

• Location: Hurst Park Court, Huyton, Liverpool

What you'll need

• Confidence leading a care team on shift

• Competence with medication and care assessments

• Understanding of care regulations and standards

• The right to work in the UK already

Training towards a Level 3 qualification and beyond is offered by the employer.
