About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons Daily to find an entrepreneurial, customer-focused Store Manager for their busy convenience store in Wrexham.
Run your store like it's your own business! As a dedicated 'shopkeeper' and the heart of the store, your mission will be to serve your customers, support your colleagues, and champion your local community. You will drive success across four key areas:
Customer & Commercial Performance: Treat the store as your own business, seeking innovative ways to improve the commercial offering, drive sales, and manage costs.
Team Leadership & Development: Oversee all people activities—from recruitment and induction to training and ongoing development—building an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Operational Excellence: Ensure all operational procedures, health and safety, and compliance standards are rigorously met. (Note: If the store offers Post Office services, a P250 financial check will be required).
Community Engagement: Build strong, positive relationships within the local community, understanding the vital role your store plays.
