In this dynamic role, you will be an integral part of a supportive team dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and high-quality environment for all gym members. You will work within modern wet-side facilities, ensuring safety while engaging with members to deliver exceptional service.

Role Description

As a Lifeguard, you will maintain constant vigilance and uphold rigorous pool safety guidelines across the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room facilities. You will welcome members, foster a friendly atmosphere, and act swiftly to handle any safety or emergency incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor pool and wet-side areas continuously to ensure the safety and well-being of all members and visitors.

Maintain complete compliance with Pool Safety Guidelines and respond immediately to any emergency situations.

Deliver warm, professional customer care while supporting members in using the facility safely.

Requirements

Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent with up-to-date ongoing training records.

High level of alertness, strong communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Passion for customer service and a continuous willingness to learn and improve skills.
