Role Overview

• Position: Night Support Worker (Bank Contract)

• Location: Hayward Care Centre, Corn Croft Lane, Devizes, SN10 2FR

• Pay Rate: £14.17 per hour (Higher weekend pay rates available)

• Contract Type: Bank (Flexible hours and shifts to suit your lifestyle)

• Closing Date: Wednesday, 30th September 2026

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintaining a wakeful watch over the security, safety, and comfort of residents and the home throughout the night.

• Supporting residents with personal care needs and offering companionship and reassurance.

• Carrying out light household duties to ensure rooms are clean and tidy, involving residents where appropriate.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience & Qualifications: Ideally holding or working towards a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), with previous experience in elderly care.

• Key Traits: Compassionate, excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
