Based primarily at Wexham Park Hospital within a prominent NHS Foundation Trust, this role offers an exceptional entry-level opportunity to provide administrative support to the Simulation Faculty and Clinical Education Team in a modern learning environment.
In this part-time position working 16 hours per week, you will play a key role in coordinating simulation training sessions, maintaining records, and assisting with event preparation. You will act as a welcoming point of contact for learners and visitors while gaining valuable hands-on experience within a forward-thinking healthcare education setting.
Role Description
As a Simulation Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to facilitate high-quality simulation-based education and training for healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling, record keeping, and event preparation for the Simulation Centre.
Assist with hands-on setup, organization, and coordination of simulation training activities and equipment.
Welcome and support faculty, learners, and visitors to ensure a smooth, professional training experience.
Requirements
Good general education (GCSE level or equivalent, including English and Maths).
Prior administrative assistant experience with proven hands-on experience setting up and organizing activities.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) alongside excellent customer service and communication skills.
