Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with meal preparation, plating, and serving while maintaining high food quality standards.

• Ensure kitchen preparation areas are clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations.

• Support catering for special events and monitor stock rotation to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a kitchen with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

• Passion for food and delivering excellent customer service.

• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
