Position: Workday Integration Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Engineer to join the IT and People function teams at Bupa Place. Acting as the technical authority in your domain, you will capture stakeholder requirements, drive the analysis, design, and implementation of quality technical solutions, and help steer Bupa's digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the technical authority for Workday applications and technology domains.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and designers to shape robust, end-to-end technical solutions.
Lead the complete development lifecycle from requirement gathering and solution design to delivery, proof of concept, and impact assessment.
Take ownership of resolving IT-related problems impacting operational services or development within your domain.
Provide strategic input to software architecture and infrastructure design teams.
5+ years of solid professional experience working with Workday technology in live/production environments.
Proven track record of complex developments within a large multi-national organization (HR or Finance functions preferred).
Extensive hands-on experience utilizing Workday integration tools (Workday Orchestration, Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, and APIs).
Strong technical background in Workday Prism development, technical configuration, and all Workday HR modules.
Preferred: Workday Pro or Workday Partner certifications.
Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
