In this role, you will deliver essential administrative support to the operating theatre department, ensuring smooth operational workflows. You will act as a key point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries while managing vital documentation, scheduling updates, and departmental communications.
As a Theatre Administrator, you will maintain efficient administrative systems within a busy surgical unit, taking charge of billing processes, stock ordering, and record archiving. By managing meeting minutes and coordinate theatre list changes, you will help maintain high standards of organizational efficiency and team support.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including processing billing, ordering supplies, scanning, and archiving departmental documents.
Serve as the main point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries and visitors to the Theatre department.
Assist with theatre list order updates, minute-taking for team meetings, and producing monthly departmental newsletters.
Strong administrative and secretarial experience with excellent attention to detail.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications alongside strong IT and numerical skills.
