Position: Warehouse Operative (Client: Co-op Logistics)

Location: Avonmouth CDC, Cabot Park, Poplar Way West, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 0YW

Pay Rate: £15.35 – £18.69 per hour (£13.34/hr base rate plus applicable shift allowances including back shift, night shift, and weekend premiums) plus great benefits

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, fixed rota working Thursday–Monday)

About the Role

No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided from day one! In this active role, you’ll work across ambient, chilled, and frozen areas of the warehouse, picking stock and helping ensure Co-op stores are always fully stocked for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack stock for store orders across frozen, chilled, and ambient sections using appropriate manual handling equipment.

• Load and unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets.

• Distribute products accurately to the correct locations within the warehouse.

• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve daily operational targets.

What We Are Looking For

• Physical Capability: The ability to comfortably perform manual tasks and work toward active daily targets.

• Teamwork & Communication: Good communication skills and a strong ability to work well within a team environment.

• Organisational Skills: A proactive approach with good organizational skills.

• No Experience Needed: Full training is provided! (Note: The application includes two short online assessments taking around 20 minutes).
