Hours: Full-time or part-time agency shifts (Featuring weekend nights, long days, shorter shifts, and waking nights)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to support specialized home-care placements, partnering to find exceptional care providers for individuals with complex needs. We are currently seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants in East Malling to support a gentleman living with Pierre Robin Syndrome.
The client enjoys a relaxed and engaging routine—watching daytime TV (such as Lorraine Kelly and Loose Women), watching DVDs, and listening to music. Supporting him to attend his activities and share in these moments is a rewarding part of this role!
Key Responsibilities
Specialist Clinical Care: Provide expert complex support, including oral suctioning, enteral feeding, medication administration via PEG, tracheostomy care, and safe moving and handling.
Seizure Management & Safety: Administer emergency medication safely (such as buccal Midazolam for seizure management, with full specialist training provided).
Routine & Hobby Engagement: Be fun, friendly, and engaging, sharing in his favourite pastimes like daytime television, videos, and music.
Care Plan Adherence: Follow nurse-written care plans meticulously to ensure exceptional, person-centred care while maintaining thorough documentation.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:
Previous practical care experience, ideally within a complex care setting.
A compassionate, fun, and engaging disposition.
