Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
At least 2 years’ experience in social care
QCF Level 2 (or above)
This is a bank position, so you must be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends as and when required.
Lead by Example: Provide high-quality care and companionship.
Support Personal Care: Support residents with personal care and daily living.
Promote Independence: Encourage independence and wellbeing.
Activities & Outings: Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.
Medication Management: Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate: Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
Team Guidance: Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management.
