About the Role
As a Permanent Care Assistant at Winchester House Care Home, you will help our residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. In this fulfilling, varied role, your duties will include:
Assisting residents with daily living, personal care, and food and drink support.
Following tailored care plans to meet individual needs.
Delivering meaningful companionship and dedicated one-to-one time to create special memories.
Bringing your dedication and compassion to a supportive environment every day.
About You
We are looking for warm-hearted, dedicated individuals who want to build a stable career in care. To join us, you will need:
Prior experience in caring for older people.
A positive, can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
